Closed account for no reason, one month after charging anual fee

I recieved a letter out of the blue stating that my account has been discontinued.
This happened one billing cycle after the company assesed a $150 anual fee.
I have been notified that I will continue to be charged a monthly fee untill my balance is paid in full.
I feel this is unfair and deceptive business pratice and plan to file complaints with both the FTC and the attorney general.
