After I cancelled my service in AugustI received a bill from direct tv for $200. They said it was for pay per view movies ordered in June. I have never in the 2 years i had their service ordered pay per view movies. I wrote to their disputes department because there is no contact number for that section, they said the movies were in the remote because the access card stores this info when you have no phone service. I have never been without phone service. Watch out for this scam
