I wrote a report earlier on being scammed out of a great deal of money by these scam artists. I responded to an add about making money with my good credit. My story is like several others on here - they mde it sound good, but not too good. No get rich scheme here - just some extra money for your good credit. They paid me a couple of commissions and sent some payments for my credit cards. Then the bigger loan came through and they went bye-bye. Now I am stuck paying two credit cards and one loan that will take me three years to pay. For 36 months I have to think of Investor technologies and Sheila Mancarella and David Witt.
No one answers the office phones. I have heard that that left their office in the middle of the week a couple of weeks ago. They were running a "fake" business out of the office. I think the neighbors though they were running a business called Cash Out Entertainment (cashoutentertainment.com)... At least they had a van with that company's name on it.
The address that was listed in Little Rock was a Mail Boxes etc, and that phone number no longer works.
When they left there was sign on their door to sublease the building (it seems as if it is a two office building and they were leasing one of the offices. The other office is occupied by a law firm. The phone number on the for lease sign was the number for Kayak Tours of Florida run by Captain Dan (Dan Porter - who someone else mentioned on here). The Kayak Tours is the "fake" business that they charged on the credit card so it seems he is part of the scam. I do see that there is a Captain dan Porter now working for Blue water Ventures of key West - don't know if it is him or not.
There is a Sheila Mancarella listed around the Tampa area. The cell phone she gave me no longers works (surprise!). I also found another number for a Sheila Mancarella but that does not work either There is a Sheila M. Who purchased a property at 1752 14th Ave. S in tampa in July for $45,000 which looks like a small boarded up building on Google maps satellite view. There is a mailing address for her on the Tax Assessors site of 11961 Sheldon rd. PMB 207 Tampa, Fl 33626, which I believe is the Sip and Ship cafe (they have PO Box rentals)
There is also a Sheila mancarella listed as residing at several different locations in the Tampa Bay area over the past fews year.
Ther is a Sheila Maria Mancarella listed with a DOB of 8/24/79 who has a criminal case in Pinellas County, Florida. Filed in it looks like she might have been charged with obtaining property with a bad check.
The Sheila Mnacarella with this DOB (8/24/79) has relatives according to a people search of Nancy D mancarella and Diane C mancarella and Wayne Louis Mancarella. A nancy mancarella looks to own property in the Tampa area. And, a nancy Diane Mancarella is listed as having worked for the County as a Tax Specialist/Tax Collector for 40 years (could be a Mom?)
