I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General on this matter as well as the BBB.investor Tech's DBA's "offices" were located in Largo and Tampa, FL. I just moved to the area, visited both locations (empty) and spoke with one of the property owners of the Largo office Mr DeJesus was leasing. He had very derogatory comments towards Steve Dejesus. He stopped paying his lease for months before moving out of that office 6 months ago.
The deterioration of his investments must of started months ago. I asked repeatedly about the progress of projects w/o any real answers. How can every single investment he made turn upside down.
And I agree that a 500$ home/property must still have SOME value and I demand more solid facts and documentation which will require legal action. If anyone has access to legal services to jump start this please respond. Pretty soon we will have liens against our names, garnished wages and bankruptcy. I know that I will before the end of this year.
We must pull our stories and resources together. How much we all owe and compare it with his numbers.
Imagine an off shore account with our money in it. Imagine a home he bought with our money.
Imagine another company he starts that ends the same way.
Someone should start a blog to gather emails, names and such.
