I too appear to be a victim of Dr Richard's scams. I purchased a 3 yr old shelf corp over 8 mos ago and was guaranteed through his program ownership and up to $1,000, 000 (minimum of $350,000) in business funding within 30-60 days.
I am still "working" with him although you can never get to him or any staff... Only email. He takes 2-4 weeks (or longer to reply) and as of last response, I would have my shelf corp in good standing and funding within a week or so. Well, that was about the 4th "within a week or so" excuse and I have now bwwn another month.
Problem is, you invested $11,000 to get to this point and you hate to "piss him off" and never get funded and lose the thousands and yet you feel like you have no recourse either. It has cost me 20X the cost already in lost opportunities, personal reputation and a couple investor/friendships, as I had made commitments based upon his promises.
I am about to lose on another nearly $1 million transaction due to the delays and this apharent ripp-off.
