If u are a small business DO NOT USE First data Merchant Services. They fail to settle batches and then make u eat the debit card transactions. They also make it virtually impossible to cancel contracts and they jack-up their rates without forewarning. There are many other data merchant service providers that offer much lower rates, much better service and are far more reliable. First Data DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER, especially if you are a small business. Be forewarned... This company specializes in tormenting and ripping off small businesses.
