Compass is only in banking for money - we the customers are the ones that keep them in business. The money we deposit and the BULLS*&T fees we pay is what pays the employees. I have had ins and outs with them and was only bankign with them as they were the only bank i could get an account with at the time. Now i will admit i have paid overdraft fees for items that i did overdraft my account on but for them not to deny a card transaction even thou you dont have $ in the bank is ridiculous - back in July 08 i had paid out $722.00 in NSF's which should not have occured - those fees took my entire paycheck and my 2 weeks of fiance's paychecks. I am a single mother that doesnt get help or child support from her father or family. I work 2 jobs just to make it and spend very little time with my daughter and it kills me inside and i know it hurts her as she doesnt understand she is 3 yrs old. I have just recently been hit with 9 NSF within this week and there are still 14 more to hit since they will not dispute any pending charges and wait til it posts and they cahrge the NSF fees way before the charge posts all because my available bal wasnt available to cover the one charge (false charge) and 2 prior charges that could of been covered. I work for a bank and the bank i work for is very customer oriented. Compass bank is greedy and dont care about their customers. Whatever happened to the saying "the customer is always right".
I am disputing the false charge and will be able to get all the money back cuz if not come hell or high water i will find the CEO of compass bank and will he will then have to deal with me rather then me dealing with the cust reps who suck and have no cust service. If anyone is going to do a class action suit against them please let me know as i am very willing to participate and not to get money but to close them down. I told them on the phone yesterday since cust rep didnt want to listen that she needed to listen to me as i am the customer i am the one who pays her and if it wasnt for me and the other poor deceived customers that she wouldnt even have a job and that i hope they crash and burn due to this econmy crisis and that every MF there looses there job and they call all kiss my @$.
