Anyway for the meat of my complaint Larry Wilcox, Jerry Cook, and the Gary Chastain and Sherian Chastain induced me into investing my life savings into a concert promotion scam. Larry Wilcox and Jerry Cook told me that "God wanted me to invest." and that this investment opportunity wasn't for rich people but Christ Jesus's way of blessing poor people. They have bilked about 8 millions from over 100 victims. I have taken responsiblity for my loss but I don't feel that Larry Wilcox, Jerry Cook, and Gary Chastain and Sherian Chastain have owned up to their fraud. I feel that all consumers and investors need to be forewarned about these people. They are also under investigation by the IRS, SEC, and FBI. Hopefully, they will be indicted soon and the FED's can stop these crooks from taking more good people. Larry Wilcox and Jerry Cook stole 8 million dollars from old retired poor people. They asked us to mortgage our homes. They had us setup bogus churches to create a non-profit shell scam to evade taxes. Sherian Chastain was one of their insiders in Elk Grove, California, Sherian Chastain was running a ponzi scheme in her own bank accounts. She had invested money but when she needed money to remodel her back yard, she didn't wait for her investments she went out and raised money from others to pay herself with their new investments. Sherian Chastain is so corrupt she pushed herself onto her boss now husband Gary Chastain forcing him to leave his wife while she had cancer. Anyway, when Sherian Chastain, Larry Wilcox, Jerry Cook scam died they went out and gathered up their agreements with their investors and told us that we lost our money and not to talk about this to anyone. What is important here is to understand that Sherian Chastain, Larry Wilcox, Jerry Cook and crooks that will say and do anything to get you to invest or push their new magical healing potion.
Now, these failed crooks are at it again to take advantage of more innocent trusting people like my husband and I. But this time to their are not working "secure investments" they are in the health and healing business. Larry Wilcox and Jerry Cook are starting a pyramid scam called RejenX selling Product A they target religious, gullible people and manipulate them to sell and use the phony product. They are desperately trying make a living by pushing their new company RejenX on you because their gravy train called TransUnion Capital Group, LLC (which was a fraud) was exposed to the public.
I must say Larry Wilcox and Jerry Cook must not be very creative their product name is Product A? Wow! This is the best name they could come up with? I guess when you buy a $2.42 bottle of magic potion from China, throw a sticker on it and there you have a $100.00 of Product A. I have checked this product out and IT DOES NOT WORK. Often times Jerry Cook and Larry Wilcox make representations such as I'm not really suppose to tell you this but this will cure your chronic pain, migraine headaches, diabetes, and even cancer!

He is flat broke and worth nothing. Don't believe me just ask Larry Wilcox how her met Jerry Cook. Jerry Cook's slutty wife used to work for Larry and that is how they all met. Don't forget Larry Wilcox is a exposed Porn addict. Larry's ex wife was a drunken casino rat! I never laughed so hard until I re-read Larry Wlicox real estate millionaire. Nothing could be so far from the truth. Ask this real estate millionaire if he owns his home. Listen and learn. Larry Wilcox's home was foreclosed, unless he lied to us. These losers need to grow up - get a real education - and then get a respectable job. STOP VICTIMIZING THE INNOCENT! Seriously, Larry and Jerry stop taking advantage of honest trusting folks like us. I have filed complaints with the FTC, FBI, FDA, and SEC on these no good conmen!
