I-payment continues to charge my bank merchant account after my account has been closed with them for 3 months, they also continue to pull unauthorized charges in the amount of over $400.00 so far.
I have contacted I-payment and Central Bank Payment Corp. With little to no success, I was told a month ago that they would credit my account. But, I have not seen anything in writing if fact they just continue to chage my account fees. I called and left messages with supervisors and the account representive Raul but no response.
I plan to dipute charges with my bank, We need to spead the word not to use this shady outfit, I-payment needs to clean up there customer service merchant policies.
Looking at all the consumer complaintss I should have done a little more home work and a back ground check before I decided to do business with this company.
