Money transfer for a merchant account I did not get

Hello Mike Fisher,

I have been giving you a long time to come up with a solution for my company to recieving creditcards as method of payment. You have approved me and my company in writing to get a merchant account if I only make the payment of 1.495 USD.
Since you have recieved my payment nothing have happend. No respons to my phone calls, voice messages or several e-mails.
The fact that I have not recieved what you on behalf of NPS have promised me I regard it as fair you arrange to have the money send back to me.
Can you explain to me kindly why you have not responded to my messages and what your going to do regarding my money.

I am a person with abillity to see things in perspective and I thruely do not regard this matter other than you are busy in office, but if there are no further explaination from your side it leaves me with the only option left to hand over the matter to my lawyers.

As I have stated in the previous e-mail I am interested in the merchant account for my company, but if you had make me pay on false permissions I for sure want my money back. Value for money.
