I've students loan with Pursuit and require a basic form finished for my company regarding a Professional Student Loan. The shape was sent 9/23/08. I named per week later and was informed it'd been shipped 9/29/08 and also to provide it 7-10 business days. I called again to protest that I'd not obtained it and was informed with a “Supervisor” they've no control of the email. I told the “Supervisor” if it had been time to get a cost and that I told you the inspections within the email and that I don't have any control within the email that will not be appropriate. Our cost could be overdue as well as in selections.

What made me mad was once the “supervisor” requested did I'd like him to contact the US Postal Service to locate my notice. RUDE

After I requested for somebody over him, obviously there's no body. (Michael was his title and D144284 was his identification range?)

This is the final moment I actually do business with Pursuit!
