Mr. Neubacher uses Skype to communicate with people in and outside of the USA. On numerous occasions Mr. Neubacher called Mr. Mark Han, Mr. Robert Fields and Mr. Phil Kupritz former business contacts of his asking for money and making threats of physical harm if monies weren't paid to him.
He has also called third parties using Skype technology making false and derogatory statements against the above individuals and their respective companies, Mr. Neubacher has also misused his yahoo e-mail services by fraudulently signing documents using Mr. Fields' electronic signature without his knowledge and/or authority.
Criminal and Civil Complaints have been filed against Karl Neubacher in Chicago, Illinois USA. The cases are as follows:
Criminal Complaint #HP-511050 Chicago Police Department alleging Fraud & Deceptive Practices by FFIC Beam, Inc. (Per Robert Fields) was filed against Karl Neubacher on August 13.
Criminal Complaint #HP-515242 Chicago Police Department alleging Intimidation & Extortion by Mark Han was filed against Karl Neubacher on August 15.
Criminal Complaint #HP-528839 Chicago Police Department alleging Intimidation & Extortion by Phil Kupritz was filed against Karl Neubacher on August 22.
Civil Complaint #08CH-32025 Circuit Court Cook County, Illinois, alleging Forgery, Intimidation and Deceptive Business Practices by FFIC Beam, Inc. Was filed against Karl Neubacher on August 29.
