After my Bank Account was billed $79.95, i checked into the website again and found this little statement.

Of course I never recieved a single e-mail from them informing me of anything. I too will be e-mailing this to the lawyer in charge of the lawsuit in CA, even though i'm in OH, it's worth a try.
