Chase Auto Finance Repoed my car after 30 days when I had made arraingements. They told me that I was not sincere enough so they took my car and called my loan in and I was told I had 10 days to pay off the balance or lose the car. First let me tell you their charging me a 25% interest rate for a $7900 loan. Thats $3400 just in there finance charges.
Now I have been making payments of $320 for 12 months. (out of that $280 goes towards interest only $50 towards principal) For one year I've paid off their finance charges ($3400) and only $600 on balance.
Now since they got paid they REPO my car put my car back up for sale and wait for their next victum. Their collection tatics were nothing but insulting, dismeaning with their dishonesty and lies and I'm not even sure if they are legal (I could not find a Business license for this company in Las Vegas)
