My wife and i were allegedly approved for a $5,000 personal loan for debt consolidation with these jerks!!! All we had to do was send a $930.00 colatteral payment to recieve our loan. I sent moneygrammed them the collateral payment, and the following business day they called me back saying that there were problems with the loan!!! In order to secure it the lender wanted another $930.00 colateral payment!!! This is totally unacceptable as i had to borrow the first payment!!!
Now they are giving us the run-around about refunding our collateral money!!! I checked with the BBB prior to doing this, and they didn't have any reports of any kind filed with the New Jersey BBB!!! I wish to god that i wouldn't have even gotten involved with them, as now me, my wife, and my kids will lose our home over this! Thanks alot charterstone financial!!! I can only pray that others learn my my bad fortune!!!
