They agreed to loan money to me, but, I needed to come up with a "collateral payment" first before they would release my funds. They send you a, what looks to be a legit "loan agreement" and "promissory note" for you to sign, date, and return to them with the collateral payment. I contacted the New Jersey Department of Banking and they were not licensed to do business in New Jersey. I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and spoke with a consumer counselor about this "loan agreement" and she told me not to do business with this business. She said it is against the law for any loan lender to require funds up front for your "approved loan". If there are any fees involved, they are to take from the loan itself and not out of your pocket. If the loan is approved, then the money is yours, in the bank. AGAIN, the FTC warns, no loan lenders are allowed to require funds for the release of a loan.
