I have received headache upon headache from this company. My account was transferred from Nextcard.
They didn't process my payment for the first month and charged me for a returned check fee plus a late fee. I had no choice but to pay the total amount in full.
They finally did credit my account for their mistake. I moved the following month and sent them a change of address form.
They didn't send me a statement and didn't call me to let me know the account was past due.instead, they sent me a statement on the second month with more late fees.
I called to cancel my account and pay in full. Now, they won't credit my late fee because they had done it in the past.
The last time they gave me a credit it was because it was their fault! It is unbelievable that this many people are experiencing the same problems I have.
I will have to pay another late fee in order to finally close my account. I hope this works this time!
