Company is known to rip off people intertested in refinancing thier homes. If you refi with this company, they may rip you off. Owner has not paid me my last check and has done that to everyone who has quit the company. Also, continually bounces payroll checks to employees and other companies we have done business with. Company is constantly getting shut off notices from utility companies. There are several stories in the paper about this company. Beware, read everything and fully understand what you are signing if you are going to do any business with this company.
