Owner jeffery Blackledge is a total rip off. He not only rips off Mortgage clients he also rips off His employees, a company that runs on lies and fraudlant practices. His office has no corresponding business liscense, pays everyone 1099 and including lo's without mortgage broker licenses even his front desk help. His files are illegal. He overcharges his customers and has a vested interest in a title company without any disclosures to his mortgage applicants.
He likes to fire employees after they close deals so he doesn't have to pay them. He does stop payment on payroll checks and these aren't little checks either they are in the thousands of dollars and he does reversals on payments made.
Jeffery Blackledge is the owner of Homequest Mortgage Group but funny he's not even a liscensed Mortgage Broker and his name is not on anything to do with the company wonder why!
