Fraud, Took funds with promise of services

September 18th and spoke with a lady named tracey Adkins. Ms. Adkins explained that they were a brokerage firm working with various lenders offering loans to people with bad credit. My mother was in much financial need so i saw this as a perfect oppurtunity to help her out. I was a offered a $10,000.00 loan at 11% interest with monthly payments of $217.42 a month for the next 5yrs. Everything sounded great. The only catch was that because my credit was not that great i had to insure myself for $900.00 for 2yrs then the money would be deposited into my account. I borrowed the money and contacted Ms. Adkins who told me that she wanted to make sure everything was legit and that there was in fact a paper trail so she needed the money to be Money Grammed to Andrew Symphe at parma ohio. I did exactly as i was told. I called the following morning and was told that customer service would handle everything from there and to wait for a phone call. I waited and recieved a phone call from a customer service rep who informed me that there was a miskey and that i was put into the system as an existing customer so they did not charge me the $600.00 processing fee. I was told that in order to recieve the loan i had to pay the processing fee. I began to cry because i had already borrowed $900 for the insurance and had no more money to give. The customer service agent informed me that he was in fact a manager there and could lower the fee to $400.00 if i got the money to them in 24hrs. I called my husband and he was so upset he called the 888-524-1114 number and they told him that it was policy for them to collect those funds from new clients in order to prevent a default on the loan. My husband made arrangements with them to freeze the loan and send them the money on friday sept. 26. Suddenly they stopped answering the telephone and would not answer any voicemails that were left. The first day they contacted me i did a search on the internet and saw there were no negative postings about them, i decided to do a second search the 25th and saw that a person posted on a website called consumer complaints the exact day that i signed the contract and sent the money. It became apparent to me that i was victim of a scam.
