I was called by a representative of this company and told I was guaranteed a $5,000.00 visa or mastercard. After them taking $149.00 dollars out of my account it took them close to six weeks to send me the package, after seeing what was in it I knew I was being ripped off.
I sent the package back within two days after receiving it. I sent it certified mail because I knew they were going to try and say it was past the ten day limit.
I waited longer than the 30 business days they said it would take to get my refund then I called to see why I hadn't received my refund. This was on January 13. The gentleman I talked to whose name was Fitzgerald told me according to his records they received my package and didn't know why I hadn't received my refund. He asked that I call back on January 15 because his supervisor wasn't there for him to ask what the problem was with my refund.
I called back today January 15th and was told the reason I didn't get my refund was because they received the package after the ten day time limit on December 6. Someone from their company signed for it and picked it up on December 2. The sixth was exactly 1 day past the ten day time limit. I was told to fax the slip to their company and call them back within 48 hours. I know they have no intentions of sending me back my refund.
I find it significant that the first guy I called didn't have that information in his records when I called on Monday but it was there when I was told to call back on Wednesday.
Consumers beware. These people will keep your money and give you nothing for it. I have already gotten in touch with the State Attorney General, BBB in Champlain and I am also emailing this information to Senator Clinton. Maybe when she sees all these complaints someone will do their job and close these dirty dogs down and get us all back our money.
