On december 4 i was contacted by first atlantic bank concerning a guarenteed credit card offer and that i would have it within 30 days. They debited my bank account for $249.00 on december 5.in mid january i called them because i had received nothing. I have made at least 25 calls to them about this matter. I have asked to speak to the manager but they say he is in a meeting and he will call me back within 48 hours.
I have never received a call from them.
I have asked for a refund but they say yhat a manager will call you - but that never happens.
I reported them to the FCC consumer complaints on 6/14/04.
Then last week on june 14th i received a package from this company. The package was filled with flyers, catalogs an a reloadable form for a credit card.
I called first atlantic and again was very rudely told the manager would have to call me back within 48 hours. Again this has never happened.
I have sent the package back to them again asking for a refuund. This company is a fraud and needs to be stopped.
