I was solicited by someone from Phoenix financial,
I was then turned over to their salesman Josh Auten.
I owed 65k to the irs, I work with my grandmother cleaning offices.
My nana have been cleaning offices for 22 years, after my grandfather died, She fell apart. She was unable to continue the business & fell behind on our taxes.
I explained this to josh (the salesman), he told me that the IRS did not care about me & my grandmother.
He scared me so much that we were pressure to hire him. I waited 2 weeks before anyone called me back. I got a Call from Shawn Scott an attorney froom phoenix.
Mr Scott told me that He was on Vacation & that was why he didin't get back to me. Mr Scott told me that everything the salesman told me was a lie. Mr Scott spoke to me for 10 minutes then pass me to someone name mike taylor.
He also stated that he was an attorney. He MIKE taylor told me that everything that Shawn Scott told me was a lie. I realize that I"ve been screwed by Phoenix Financial in westminster CO.
The IRS came by & helped my grandmother with a pay plan.
The agent advise us against any company with the word financial. They are all crooks who are praying on the elderly & people who don't understand taxes.
I've been telling anyone that I know with tax problems to stay far far away from phoenix financial 888 572-2179.
Please get help from someone local that you can @ least see & go into their office. I never got my money back from phoenix financial. My grandmother passed away last month. The actions of phoenix financial is attributed to her death. May God be the judge of those who prey on the innocent... God Bless.
