Y ordered the "free sample" of Wu yi tea and canceled right after receiving the package due to health reasons by April. As of September I have been charged at a monthly rate of $ 21.99 Canadian dollars, chatted with operator, called the Customer's Service, being given different Cancellation numbers and they keep charging my credit card. This scam has to be stopped. Where to go with a formal complaint? Is it anywhere we can report scams and have an answer and have that rip off stopped? That kind of business practice over the Internet will hurt the whole Internet business.
