A Customer Service Inquiry Form appeared, I filled out the form with my name, address, and phone number that was billed. I also left this message in the Inquiry: area Our phone bill has been charged by OAN WITHOUT our permission! We want this service STOPPED and our account REFUNDED for each monthly charge from September to September.
I received the following email message from OAN within 1 hour of leaving my message at www.billview.com. "Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Department. We have received your recent correspondence and will respond within 5 business days. Please note that our office is open from Monday through Friday."
