Secrets tactics to make you look bad

I used to work for Vanderbilt Mortgage until I realized what they do to people. You are all right! They use skip tracing software so that they can contact your neighbors and your family. Generally, if you are past due, they will call you to try to get you to pay, if you don't answer your phone, they will start to look up addresses of people you live near and start to call them. Legally they cannot give your neighbors any information about you, and generally they do not... But your neighbors know what a mortgage company is calling for. They use this tactic to get you mad so that you will call them. DO NOT CALL THEM unless you can actually pay. If you have been 30 days late on your payment or more and still cannot pay them they will start foreclosure proceedings, at this point its mostly a done deal, because they absolutly DO NOT CARE about your circumstances and will try anything to make sure that you are kicked out and that they can get their money in the foreclosure. If you are sick or are having a problem and this is the reason you cannot pay your mortgage, you should try to get the media involved. If the media is involved they will back down and won't want to get bad press for kicking out someone with a hardship. If you are going to get kicked out and the home foreclosed, your credit will most likely be ruined, if I were you and this happened to me, I would flood the home and take a sledge-hammer to the walls and the roof the day before I left, that way they wouldnt be able to resell the home at a profit. The way I see it, if Vanderbilt is going to ruin your credit and then make a profit off of you by taking your house, kicking you out on the street, you may as well ruin the house so they are out money... If they are ruining your credit you may as well make them pay also! And for those of you who have an interest rate above 6%, that is highway robbery and I am so sorry that that happened to you, sell your home and get out now! This company won't last for much longer, they treat their employees like crap too!
