Is making me suffer for THEIR inability to follow their own rules

My mother died and I was left to care for my father, which I did until his death. Part of this care was paying for an in-home nurse out of my own pocket and my own bank account. A total of 5000.00 before he passed away. Before my parents died we set up a trust. We also put my name on all the documents at the bank. We sat at the bank and asked them what all we would need to do to make sure that there were no problems for me after they passed. After my parents passed I found out that my father had a long term care plan, that would re-imburse me for his medical care. I filed for this and waited for the check. During this time I used the Woodforest bank account to withdrawl money, to deposit money, to write checks, to use the ATM machine. I even deposited and withdrew a check for my parents house that I sold. All of the checks came to THE ESTATE OF... And Woodforest National Bank cashed them all - no problem. I took things out of the lock box. The only thing they ever asked me for were death certificates, which I provided. Then, the check finally comes for the long term care reimbursement. It too was made out to THE ESTATE OF. I go to the teller and she takes the check, gives me $600.00 dollars out of it, and deposits the rest into the account. Several days later I get a call from Jaime at the Bank and she says that I need Probate papers to get this money. I tell her that I don't have this and then I tell her that everything was in the trust. She ask for a copy of the trust (which was already on file at the bank) but I sent it to her anyway. Then she calls me back and tells me that according to their rules I can not cash checks made out to THE ESTATE OF they must be made out to THE LIVING TRUST OF. So then I ask for the check back and she tells me thy can not give it back! Jaime tells me that I must call the people that issued the check and have them get the check back that way. I do this.
Then I find out that Woodforest Bank is refusing to send them back the check unless they issue a statement that I was not the intended person to receive the check. They refuse to do this because they KNOW that I am the intended person. The long term care people call Woodforest Bank and tell them I AM the person they intended to give the check too. And still 3 months later I am not allowed to get this money! AND, now my parents other house has had a lien put against it for back taxes and is about to be repossessed. This is a 165,000 dollar home!!! Help! To make matters worse, Woodforest has decided that I am negative in that account and are charging me $3.00 per day for a negative account. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS? I have never received anything in writing telling me why this is happening to me even though I have asked. I never received anything telling me that the policy was that I had to have probate papers. Help!
