I have been attempting to contact AccountNow since back in JULY! I've sent numerous emails, I've tried calling several times (I get a fast busy)— I've tried looking up the managers to contact them about this— none to be found. This is rediculous. Not only that - but they sent out a check (bill pay) to my landlord that was torn and uncashable. They waited three weeks to issue a new check (causing me to have a late fee $50), and CHARGED ME for the cancellation of the other check! NICE. Scammers... ALSO - recently an efax company has been charging my card repeatedly (unauthorized)- and they have done NOTHING.
Today vital records hit my card TWICE for the same birth certificate - this wiped me out financially! AGAIN, can't get through on customer service - it rings fast busy. Sent email, that I'm sure they will ignore again. I want my money back NOW - all of it.
