I tested my credit history and observed MCM and Unique Lender SBC-AMeritech $156.72 from November. I delivered them a "approval notice" when I don't believe I actually had a telephone in those days which means this can not be mine. I also questioned with Credit Agencies. All of this completed in April. MCM delivered me a notice requesting me for almost any paperwork that I might have and they have created "Questioned" on my credit history. May MCM directs me a statement with choices on the best way to spend. Nevertheless no Unique statement or approval this is actually OUR debt. The Credit Agencies declare that they've "confirmed" this debt. How they did this I've NO concept? I've requested for "reinvestigation" and Trans-Union required one day. Not actually it had been Overnight... And said it had been "confirmed".
I actually attempted to contact SBC-Ameritech awhich has become ATT plus they could not help me because they don't have any details about this so-called debt because it is also old.
Recently August 19, MCM named me and was really rude and explained they were the "unique lenders" they do not have to verify because they possess this debt and they are likely to follow this more. I understand the SOL has terminated so that they cant prosecute me because it is 6 years in Mi. I'm so discouraged with one of these individuals. My spouse and that I want to purchase a home which is among the items that have to be looked after before we are able to. I simply do not wish to have to cover something which in my opinion is not mine.
All I'd like is definitely an "initial bill" declaring that I owe this. Not some statement from MCM.
