My husband and I the first time in our life with not enough money to pay our rent. This is all within our thirty eight of marriage. We called Cash Call from the advertisment on the T.V. They were very understanding and told us we would only owe $2900.00. On a $2000.00 loan. We said no problem, it was just a bad month for us. Well, after 2 1/2 years I realized that the loan should have been paid off. Called them up to ask them why are they still taking money from my account. The response was "you still owe us $2400". Why was this? We never was late on our payments not even once. You guys took out already twice the loan amount you owe me! They said "the intresrate changed to 99.6%". I was so mad I just closed my account. They have know one to go after but my attorney. Class Action Lawsuit just sounds fine with me.
