OSI / Gulf State Aka LVNV Funding LLC They clled to collect on a debt that is not mine. Very rude not helpful at all. Asked for instructions on how to resolve. Was told to send $

I have no idea where to began. I do not have any credit cards and was told that this was a Cross Country Visa but I received a letter that said the creditor is OSI/Gulf State. I still do not know. I am writing this office within 30 days and requesting the copies of the payment received. Hopefully this will give me an address.
