I know that many of you feel like giving up. I am asking that you don't. The only way that justice can be served is by everyone sticking together and demanding justice.
It looks like Gibson Trust is trying to use Bankruptcy as a way of avoiding to pay back all the people that they ripped off.
I can not say for sure that they will get away with it.
We all need to focus on a criminal suit against Gibson Trust. They committed many crimes and should be prosecuted in crimminal court.
Where is the Federal Trade Commission? There is also the County Attorney of Broward County that could file criminal charges against the O'tooles and their bunch.
Go after the people responsible for ruining so many lives.
Gibson Trust is just the name of the company that was used to rip us off. Patrick and Donna O'toole along with a few others are the people who need to be prosecuted.
I see many times on this site where us victims want a way to be able to communicate with one another.
