Gibson Trust (a.K.A. Goldstar Financial) Bankruptcy Meeting of Creditors 2/21/03 - Let's All Go! Pompano Beach Florida...

The Meeting of Creditors is scheduled for 2/21/03 @ 11:30AM. We (Gibson's angry customers) are the creditors and it is are right to question Gibson Trust representatives. They do not even expect creditors to be present at this but the debtor (Gibson Trust) is REQUIRED to be there!
Anyone that can, let's go and put them on the spot! Also, the last person was wrong. The deadline for filing a claim with the bankruptcy court is 3/31/03. You need to read further on your Notice. Also, this lawyer, Brian K McMahon is GIBSON'S attorney on this, so don't expect ANY help from him. It is his job to make sure that Gibson gets away DEBT FREE!
One more thing to consider is that McMahon filed bankruptcy for both Gibson and Goldstar Financial. Apparently they are treating them as two separate entities, although my invoices from them have said both company names at times so I don't know which company would consider me their customer.
With that said, there should be a separate claim number with proceedings for Goldstar Financial and it will be in your best interest to file a claim for both debtors (Gibson & Goldstar). You never know. You could file a claim for one and then McMahon could say "no this person was a customer of the other company, " and if you did not file a claim for the other company by the deadline, they could walk away "scott free" from ever paying you.
