I received a supposed summons that hasn't been filed. They are trying to use scare tactics to get me to pay on a debt for which I don't know which
original creditor I owed on and for a balance that I know is not the real balance was owed. They also did not get information on the summons pertaining to my personal information correct and the summons was dated in July but I just received this yesterday. I never got no calls from these people or letters.
I'm not buying or paying into this scam. This sounds like this company is buying off people's account balances that are owed in order to turn around and collect debts, but tack on way more than what was/is owed and falsifying supposed debts on people to scam money out of them.
