Unauthorized withdrawals from our checking account for total of $119.80

We do not know how this company obtained our information but they have been debiting our checking account for 29.95 per month for 4 months. Bank says it's our problem. When I called the recording said they would cancel the subscription. I could not talk to a live person to find out where they got our info.
