Ocwen Federal Bank is the company from hell. I have received several calls on a daily basis for a payment they claimed they did not receive, and when i called them on it with proof of cancelled money orders they still asked why i was late, the nerve. When they do not get the payment by the 3rd of the month i start getting calls from "Amy".
I asked why they call me on Sundays, why they call me more than one time a day, why theu call after 7:00pm and why I get calls on a daily basis, they claim to have me on a automatic dialer. I am not a lawyer but this is definatley harrasement in my book. I too want to join the class action law suit.
