Ocwen bought our mortgage in May and we have been harrassed and threatened every month since. We have all our canceled checks proving we have made all our payments on time but they continue to threaten us with forclosure. I retained a lawyer only to find out that because of a paper we signed, we can't sue Ocwen for what they have done to us. My husband was even threatend with dismissal from his place of emplyment because of the phone calls. I repeatedly asked Ocwen not to call there but they have continued to do so. The reps they have working for them are rude, even to the point of telling me I was lying about my payments. This company needs to be put out of business. Perhaps a class action law suit and numerous complaints to the office of the comptroller in Washington D.C. Would help do so.
My health has suffered because of the stress this has generated and so has my pocketbook and I have no recourse against this group. Whatever you do, don't do business with these people. You will get ripped off big time.
