Homecoming Taking money from their Clients and not letting them move On

Homecomings claimed us in default and said they could entered my husband and I into an modification agreement plan. During this time Homecoming was not taking our mortgage payment because them say payment could not be received until an approval was completed. I called faithful checking on the status of our mortgage and asking when the plan would be ready.

After numeral months of waiting we finally received a plan we paid this plan on time faithful until one payment the 12 payment. Homecomming say they received our payment late and took us off the plan. They sent us the payment back to put us futher in default to make more money. I was upset because we were waiting to refinance after that payment.

I received a call from my cousin and she asked me were we in trouble with our mortgage I inturned asked her why, and she repield she saw our home on the internet to be sold for sherriff sale the following week. My husband nor did I know this information. I search the web site she told me to go on my husband and my name with lot # date of sale. I called the attorney that was listed as Homecoming attorney and he told me what to do to stop the sale.

We stopped the sale by offering Homecoming $10,000 dollars. Next we recieved a plan saying we owned 20,000 with late fees, attorney fee and other fees. The $10,000 were not applied to the loan we were told this money was for legal and attorney fees. This default took place during the hurrican. During this disaster mortgage and businesses sent letters telling borrowers not worry about payment and due to so many calls to limit your calls someone would get back in touch.

We were told from a loan officer them would put the money owned to the arrear lately to find that was not their plans. Homecoming mortgage are still adding fees and increasing interest rates now14.%. We have tried to refinanace this house and have not been successful in doing so. We had no other alternative but file chapter 13. We need help.

I want to know how to apply for the money president Bush has signed However, filing bankruptcy has cause our checks to be garnish, trustee getting $ and we have about $450.00 every two week to live on and pay entergy, water, sewer, food and gas among other items. Now homecoming say we own 50,000 in delinquent.

Thanks
