Why does Homecomings Financial get by with fraud again and again They have shown me in Missouri! Ripoff

Six months after buying my home, I lost my job. The struggle to pay the morgage began but I was able to with some 30/60 days late. I went through a lot of paperwork and programs that were suppose to help me work out a payment arrangement but Homecomings did not offer anything at all even though my HUD loan clearly shows 5 payment options available with my loan.in March I was 2 months behind and sent in full payments on the 1st and the 15th. I called and was told my payments were up to date until April 5th. On March 25, I got a letter saying my home was in foreclosure and was going to be sold at auction on April 25th. I was ready to refinance at the time and could no longer do so. I was called by Bill Pitman at Hope Initiative who said a special representativie from San Diego was coming to St. Louis and he advised I set up a repayment agreement to save my home from sale. I had been working with Mr. Pitmann for 2 years, filling out paperwork and talking with him about possible payment options listed by HUD. He flat out said I could not qualify for any of those options even though I have a HUD loan. I did meet with them and a repayment plan was already typed up and ready. I was told to sign it or the home was going up for sale. No negotiation. No option. Sign or sell. I signed. I am now 4 months into the 6 months repayment plan. They took both payments in March for fees and added another $5.000 which they say can be negotiated at the end of the six months. Yeah!

Now I am hoping to refinance when I am almost to the end of the six month agreement. A local mortgage company has been ethical enough to help me. They are aware of everything that happened because I was working with them so they had my mortgage information from Homecoming, my verified payment history and credit report. They saw the fraud as it took place.

I am looking for anyone in the state of Missouri who wants to contact the authorities in unity. It is appalling how many people from so many states have been ripped off! I am interested in any law suits going on.
