I made the mistake of telling my husband to get a pay day loan from ashnminutes. He borrowed $150 on July 11. It was supposed to be payed back on July 25. I had a brain anuerysum in January and I have problems remembering things. There was someone taking money out of my husbands account so we had the account closed and opened a new one and I forgot all about this payday loan.
Today July 29 a man named Travis called my home and stated he was an investigator calling about this pay day loan. I tried to explain to him what happened but he would not listen. I also asked him toslow down because I can not understand what he is saying. He stated he was going to have my husband arrested if I did not pay himw over 2$2,000 today. I told him we did not have a dollar to our names. He then said he was going to call all my references and tell them they were going to be ordered to appear in court in Texas. He called one of my friends who called me back and told me he was trying to get a $1,000 from her. He also called my husband's work and threatened him. What can I do. I need help!!
