I paid a payment on my red card charge card on june 26 of 50.00. Payment due 28th of june. It was a phone payment with a confirmation number. I received my statement for julys payment and payment of 50.00 as confirmed leaving me a balance of 107.00. I proceeded to make the payment for july 26 online. To my surprise i now had a balance 0f 210.00. I was outraged. I called immediately. They have a spokes person that could hardly speak english. I called again and got someone and explained.
After an hour on the phone with billing she spoke to supervisor and concluded that Target tool 50.00 back. She had no explaination. S i told her I had confirmation # she still said I would have to ge letter from my bank stating that I had money in my account on June 26. The finance fee on 107.00 were 25.00for return payment fee, 25.00 for finance charge, 19.00 late fee omg UNbelievable so, for 107.00 balance it was now 207.00 balance. Needless to say I went to the bank and got the manger to rite a letter of my sufficient funds. I ill get rid of this card it is totally a scam. Thanks
