I have an email from Triple advantage stating they would cancel my membership, which I thought was free in the first place. The email from them to me was dated June 2. However my bank account has been debited the third week of june and again in july. I have called them and they will not help me without me giving them my credit card number which I do not know why they need they seem to debiting my account fine using it already and I refused to again give them the number. Please help me stop these charges.
