I writing this letter in regards to Prospective Members looking for a Bnk to go to and open an account. Don't go anywhere near wachovia bank. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY BEFORE YOU WALK BACK OUT THE DOOR.
You will instantly lose money due to the paperwork which they fill out and the overcharging of check orders. However this is about neither of those. This has to do with Dispute Resolution and they was they, and they meaning 99% of thier employees treatment to customers and potential customers. They have today for the last time treated me with disrespect and failed to answer 1 single question i had. As you may by now have guessed I am changing banks, possibly thee one under my bed! For the last time they have charged me for any overdraft fees to wit i had deposit receipts, last time they refuse to mail me any and all Dispute resolution papers, I was told to go search for them online then print them out and then sign, date and fax them back to Wachovia, and then if I was one of the lucky ones, they would correct thier error! I had for last time been treated like a dog! Its seems although I had proven to them these were not allowed charges and no one I had done business with in my life and it was done online by another, hence no receipts were possible, explain that one please! I can't and neither can they, even though they insist that when these papers are filed theyaccompany the Disbute papers. Wachovia I want you to KMA and count on the Good Lord telling you the same! Then I will have my justice, I am sure I will not have it before then. For the record the person who told me the above was Cprey Paulding or so he said. Who believes that?
Since I joined Wachovia over 4 years ago I figure, they have cost me about $1000.00 and i am on a monthly income of $657.00. Due to the cost of living increases through SSI. THANK YOU WACHOVIA FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART I THANK YOU!!! One more thing for the record, my sister has been with this bank since before they bought out the last Bank, over 20 years... She too will be leaving along with her husband which to gether they make over $100,000 a year. Way over... Wachovia? Byebye from the poor and the richer.
