We had made a few purchases from the catalogue of KING SIZE in November.
We were out of the country until the end of January, but on our return we paid these charges in full, plus a late charge of $14.90 that we were billed for being late.
We are now being billed for this charge plus $20.00 per month, which keeps accumulating monthly.
We refuse to pay it as we do not owe, and I have had several telephone conversations with them, but they refuse to back down.
They have now started a harassment campaign with telephone calls starting early in the morning (8:00 am) and continuing several times a day to as late as 10:00 pm.
My wife is handicapped and this is creating a great problem in our home, which I have explained to them, but they are ruthless ripoff artists and continue their harassment.
