Unauthorized 19.99 transaction to credit card

I placed an order for the wu-yi tea, and was charged their authorzed fee of 37.00, Living lean made a nonauthorized 19.99 charge to my account and its a nightmare trying to get someone to help you. These people are the worse. If I would of known this was going to happend i would of never bothered even placing an order for the WU-Yi tea.
