I recieved a message on 7-11 when i just returned from lunch that a Carlos Martin from the United States Processing Legal Department of Florida called me with an Urgent Legal Complaint. Now I am a single mother so the first thing I did was call this man. He stated that fraud charges was placed against my social security # and name and that a police is going to pick me up and he will have me removed from my job. I work in collections so i know the law but i didnt know if this was a real company or not so i freaked the heck out. I went to my HR Director and VP of Operations and they both stated this is a collection against. Well The man was very rude he even called me stupid when i called him back to try to get information from him. Monday 7-14 a Chris Brown called me threathing me again so i put my manager on the line because he stated he was a detective he was advised dont call me back to call my HR Department so they can deal with it. He hung up and called me right back so I put the company attorney on the line who asked Mr. Brown for his badge # and he provided my case # as badge #. The attorney advised him to identify himself because he was indian so name couldn't have been Chris Brown. He called my job 19 times that day. This company is out of control and rude as hell. Do not pay this company insteas sue them for harrassment!!!
