Express And World Financial Network National Bank
Paid credit card in full but bank claims it was not paid

I made a purchase of about $70 on an Express ExpressFashion.com credit card. This credit card is through Express (a clothing company) and it is issued by World Financial Network National Bank. I paid off my bill immediately after checking it online.

I received no statements, but I always stay on top of things! I paid with another credit card online (a VISA). I had the VISA company call World Financial Network National Bank and confirm my payment over the phone. I submitted receipts (my statement from the VISA company).

They still deny I paid the card! Due to high interest rates, I now owe them over $200! Please, HELP!!!
