Got a credit card approval certificate & I filled it & sent the $ consumer rip-off fraud

I dont know waht happened, i received this certificate from consumer first and i filled it with the rush delivery money and the next thing i get the same certificate after a week, this compay has no phone numbers or nothing just the address. Man i learnt a very good lesson
