I 've been having problems with aurora too.
The purchased a flood insurance policy for my apartment for $3000.00 and now expect me to pay it back... The deducted it from my escrow account (is this legal?).
Tried faxing it to the and the claim the didn't get even though the fax goes through. I'm interested in class action lawsuit against aurora... How can we discuss this???
