I wish I would have looked into this earlier but did not. This company is a rip off they took $250.00 out of my account even though I did not want there card. I tried to call them to get my money back I got the run around and an expensive phone bill as well.
Finally after weeks of calling they said I had to fax it to them in writing with all the information. I did so I faxed numerous times from my job recieved tax status confirmation reports from each fax. But never received the money back finally after 2 months of this they one because I gave up. Whomever owns this company I don't know how you sleep at night.
I have a 1 year old daughter and a sick husband that I support so what looked like it would be a help for us and possibly give us some form of joy really only brought us heartache and pain. We really needed that money to survive. I guess your company thinks that we don't work hard or need our money but you are quite mistaken.
But I do believe in when you do harm to others harm will come back to you 10 times fold. So you can keep ripping people off and getting away with it for now but eventually you will get ripped off as well then maybe you will understand what you are doing to others.
The Ironic thing in all of this is I just received a letter almost a year later telling me what a good customer I have been and for just a fee of 95.00 they will increase my limit to 8500.00 Now are they kidding me or what.
